Look down the carb and hit the throttle a couple time to see if it squirts. If not you have either a leaking carb or a boiling out the gas issue. When it wont start what position is the choke in.

It starts good and runs good when cold, but when engine gets warm, and if i shut off the engine, its hard to start it again.
