WebI've done this with an android phone using the IP Webcam app. You can install the homebridge-ip-camera plugin on your homebridge install, but depending on the stream you get from your phone you may need to encode it. In which case I've had to use a windows homebridge installation with a core i3 to encode it fast enough. The 4 is a bit buggy but you have to know what to look for. When motion detection is on, the device becomes lagged while preparing and sending the video email.
