Webb2 feb. 2024 · Need some advice please. I have a Bav 38 with Volvo MD2030 and MS25S gearbox (2.47:1) with saildrive and a Volvo 3 blade folding propeller (17×12). I've never been able to achieve more than 5.5kts in flat water at 2500rpm. Above that there is increasing vibration - at 3000rpm the whole cockpit is shaking.
